Lynn Galvin

As a practicing attorney for a Native American Tribe's Legal Services and a history teacher/college administrator in a variety of cultural and geographical locations, especially the American west and southwest, the author has experienced a wide spectrum of what the human condition can offer.

History has been Lynn's  lifetime passion, with an emphasis on understanding viewpoints of native peoples and conflicting cultures. Lynn has a special interest in exploring multiple perspectives inherent in captivity tales, and believes that reported history depends on who tells the story. Raised in the western U.S., she is fascinated with the "little stories" retained in family memories, oral histories, letters, and artifacts that show different realities and perceptions in the lives of ordinary people.  She uses fictional storytelling to reveal individual accounts that are what make humans and the lives they live compelling.

Lynn weaves authenticity into her story lines by applying facts and details to create engaging mysteries.
